Cricwix is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that data.
This policy applies to all users of the Cricwix website, dashboard, and API. By using our services you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
This Privacy Policy covers data collected through cricwix.com, the CricData developer dashboard, and any official CricData mobile or desktop applications. It does not cover third-party services linked from our platform.
We use your data to: provide and improve the CricData service; monitor usage against your plan limits; send transactional emails (account alerts, invoices, support replies); detect and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: payment processors (to handle billing); infrastructure providers (servers, CDN); and legal authorities where required by applicable law. All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after closure for legal compliance. API request logs are retained for 90 days. Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months in aggregated, anonymised form.
